This license plate is offered exclusively through an auction platform in accordance with established regulations. Participation in the auction constitutes explicit acknowledgment of having read and agreed to these terms and conditions without reservation. The timeframe for completing the transfer of ownership of the number may be up to (30) days from the date of full payment of the sale price. The auction is not considered final until the full sale price has been paid and approved by the relevant authorities. The winning bidder is obligated to pay the full sale price within two weeks of the date of the auction award. If the amount is not paid within the specified period, the auctioneer has the right to cancel the sale, retain the paid deposit, and refer the matter to the competent enforcement courts. The buyer is responsible for all fees and expenses related to the transfer of ownership, including the transfer fees at the General Directorate of Traffic.
